ASK LLP retained as Creditor’s Committee counsel in the Marco Polo bankruptcy and preference counsel in AES Eastern Energy. Edward Neiger moderates Bankruptcy Panel at the 8th Annual NYIC/AIRA Joint Bankruptcy and Restructuring Event.   

The Official Committee of Unsecured creditors retained ASK LLP to represent their interests in the bankruptcy case of Marco Polo Capital Markets, LLC, pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court or the Southern District of New York.  Marco Polo was a large investment clearing house.  As committee counsel, ASK LLP seeks to protect the interests of unsecured creditors and maximize recoveries on their behalf.
ASK LLP was retained by the litigation trustee to analyze and prosecute preferences in In re AES Eastern Energy, L.P. (Bankruptcy Case No: 11-14138 (KJC) (D. DE).  For more information in ASK’s preference practice, click here.
