David Stern is an associate at ASK LLP. David represents clients in mass tort litigation. David passionately advocates for justice for individuals who have been wronged by powerful organizations. Prior to joining ASK LLP, David was an associate at a law firm specializing in Federal Employers’ Liability Act and Federal Railway Labor Act litigation.
David graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, J.D., magna cum laude (2017). David was on the editorial board of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review and competed in the National Native American Law Students Association Moot Court. David graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, B.A. in Philosophy (2013).
David was named a Super Lawyers Minnesota Rising Star in 2022 and 2023. David was named to the Law360 2022 Bankruptcy Editorial Advisory Board.
David is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. David is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
