Mollie is a passionate advocate for survivors of sexual abuse, assault, and discrimination. Her practice areas focus on protecting survivors’ rights by holding accountable institutions and individuals who inflict and enable abuse. Prior to joining ASK LLP, she worked at Mash Law Firm, specializing in New York Child Victims Act litigation, which has resulted in settlements of millions of dollars for survivors of child sexual abuse. Previously, Mollie worked in public service as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the NYC Law Department and Excelsior Fellow for the NYS Department of Financial Services.

biography

While attending Fordham University School of Law, Mollie concentrated on public service, where she was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for her devotion to pro bono legal work. As part of her public service, she defended victims of identity theft, fraud, and predatory credit schemes as a legal intern at Fordham’s Consumer Litigation Legal Clinic and at New York Legal Assistance Group. Additionally, she advocated for survivors of domestic abuse by volunteering for the Domestic Violence Action Center’s WomensLaw.com hotline.
