The Official Committee of Unsecured creditors retained ASK LLP to represent their interests in the bankruptcy case of Marco Polo Capital Markets, LLC, pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court or the Southern District of New York. Marco Polo was a large investment clearing house. As committee counsel, ASK LLP seeks to protect the interests of unsecured creditors and maximize recoveries on their behalf.
