ASK LLP was retained by the litigation trustee in the NewPage Corporation bankruptcy (11-12804 (KG)) pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  ASK LLP seeks to recover over $100 million in potential preference payments for the benefit of the estate.  For more information in ASK’s preference action practice, click here.
