ASK retained by WP Steel Venture LLC bankruptcy estate to collect $75 million in accounts receivable

WP Steel Venture LLC and its affiliates, owner of several steel mills and refineries filed for bankruptcy protection on May 31, 2012 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 12-11661). The debtors retained ASK to collect over $75 million of WP Steel's accounts receivable. The collections effort is being spearheaded by ASK partner John Siegler.
