Prior to joining ASK LLP, Will practiced bankruptcy and litigation law with multiple firms nationally and in North Carolina. He has represented Chapter 11 Debtors, Chapter 7 Trustees, liquidating trustees, creditors, and other clients in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, adversary proceedings, claims reconciliation, and litigation matters.
Will resides in Wilmington, North Carolina with his wife.
