biography

David has participated in multiple Multidistrict Litigations and mass tort bankruptcies. He has experience in all phases of litigation, from case acquisition to settlement. Some of the cases he has worked on include: In re Boy Scouts of America and Delaware BSA, LLC, in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware; In re Juul Labs, Inc., Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation in the Northern District of California; and the Camp Lejeune litigation in the Eastern District of North Carolina.

David has also litigated Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) and Federal Railway Labor Act cases, including second-chair jury trial and first-chair administrative law judge bench trial experience.

Education

David graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, J.D., magna cum laude (2017). David was on the editorial board of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review and competed in the National Native American Law Students Association Moot Court. David graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, B.A. in Philosophy (2013).

David is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. David is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
