Rayven is an associate in the Bankruptcy & Creditors Rights Group.

Before joining ASK LLP, Rayven represented a federal agency in bankruptcy and employee benefit matters.  She served as a subject matter expert for Title IV of ERISA exemptions, and for tax and ERISA liability of affiliated service groups.

Rayven earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While attending law school, she occupied several leadership roles including Executive Editor for the Moot Court Honors Society, Senator for the Student Bar Association, and President of the Women’s Law Initiative. Certified as a mediator in 2020, Rayven specialized in small claims and matrimonial cases, mediating at Cardozo’s Mediation Clinic and Divorce Mediation Clinic. She continues to serve as a mediator on the roster of mediators for New York’s Ninth Judicial District courts and Queen’s County Supreme Court.
