For over eight years, Anastasia has handled many avoidance actions and successfully mediated and resolved thousands of preference transfer matters. Prior to joining ASK LLP, Anastasia was an associate at Walker & Walker Law Offices, PLLC. While working there, Anastasia assisted debtors to file Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy petitions. Prior to Walker & Walker PLLC, Anastasia clerked for Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid and worked as a student director with University of Minnesota Law School Bankruptcy Clinic and as a legal writing instructor with University of Minnesota.
Anastasia graduated cum laude from University of Minnesota Law School in 2016, and was admitted to practice law in Minnesota shortly thereafter. Prior to that, she graduated magna cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University in 2011 with B.B.A. in finance. While at both universities she earned awards for her academic achievements.
Anastasia is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the International Woman’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and currently serves as a programming director of MN IWIRC.
