Kimberly is a Partner in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group at ASK LLP. Her practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy litigation on behalf of creditors and fiduciaries.
Kimberly has over 20 years of experience as counsel to various chapter 7 trustees in New Jersey, as well as individual and corporate debtors in chapters 7, 13, and 11 cases. She has assisted trustees and fiduciaries in liquidating millions of dollars of assets in retail, healthcare, automotive, and real estate cases, managed large and complex chapter 7 cases, and successfully litigated all types of adversary proceedings ranging from avoidance actions to non-dischargeability claims to turnover proceedings. Kimberly has expertise in investigating and uncovering bankruptcy fraud and has prosecuted dozens of adversary proceedings to recover fraudulent transfers for victims of Ponzi schemes, PPP and Covid loan fraud, and healthcare fraud. Kimberly has also helped individual and small businesses debtors achieve their “fresh start” by successfully navigating them through the bankruptcy process.

Kimberly earned her J.D. from Georgia State University, College of Law in 2003. She has a B.A. from Emory University.
